Cultural program
As in the past, this year's event will feature dance and music performances by kids and adults.
Participants - If you or your children are interested in participating in the cultural program, please contact Shreyans Kothari at shreyans_kothari@yahoo.com. Please note that we might not be able to accommodate program requests received after September 15th .
Due to the overwhelming response each time, and to ensure maximum participation, we request you to follow these rules as below -
1. Entries would be accepted on first come basis as we would not encourage 2 groups performing on the same numbers.
2. Minimum of 5 participants.
3. Duration of item will be restricted to 5 minutes including setup.
4. All the entries should be submitted by 15th September, the item should be finalized, changes will not be allowed after the deadline, no exceptions.
5. We will hold stage rehearsal 2 day prior to the event for all coordinators, time and venue will be posted on the website and email notifications would also be sent.
6. Please discuss your special requirements (i.e. lighting, stage set-up, etc.) with us before the rehearsal.
7. We will be collecting the music/material from the coordinator during this rehearsal; it is highly advised that simultaneously you also arrange for a backup.
8. Preference for participation will be given to group with majority of community members.
* We appreciate your understanding that committee has final discretion about approving/ disapproving programs based on program content.
